International Director of Ministry
Pastor Todd Buchner

Since the age of 19, Dr. Buchner has served the Church, first as a ruling elder and later as a teaching elder in the Presbyterian Church in America (PCA), following his ordination in 2002. In 2022, he accepted an invitation to lead Christians Teaching Christians (CTC). He now holds the title of International Director of Ministry. In this role, he trains, mentors, and equips indigenous pastors around the world.

Dr. Buchner holds a Bachelor of Science in Bible from Lancaster Bible College, a Master of Divinity from Knox Theological Seminary, and a Doctorate in Christian Ministries with a specialization in Biblical Counseling from the Reformed Presbyterian Theological Seminary.

He and his wife, Shannon, have been joyfully married since 1989 and make their home in the upstate of South Carolina. They are the proud parents of two grown daughters and delighted grandparents to three granddaughters.

Through his leadership, CTC has transformed its vision to training indigenous pastors in planting reformed covenantal churches. He is currently reaching pastors in 10 countries within Africa, India and Pakistan. By God’s grace the Reformed International Church has been registered in Malawi and Zambia with churches planted and growing. While looking forward to India, Pakistan, Nigeria and Sierra Leone churches being registered in 2027.
